What's your Favourite Sport?

Sports has become a recreational activity, hobby and a contemporary lifestyle to us. With stress level rising every second, and challenges at every nook and corner of our life, the only saviour seems to be "good health".

An affordable way to stay healthy is by engaging ourselves in at least one type of sport we can enjoy. Furthermore, the superiority of sports to human soul and body can go beyond description - think about acquaintances and new friends, fresh air, improved blood circulation, etc. In short, sports as a term exists to benefit mankind, ultimately.

Nowadays, besides the traditional types of sport, we can also choose any of the extreme sports as a hobby or a way to start our profession. A sport like rock climbing, river rafting, bungee jumping and skateboarding may involve certain danger involving extreme situations. But the thrills and obstacles bring about the fun in every extreme sports fan.

What's your favourite sport? Would you like to try any type of extreme sport?

my favorit sport is swimming.

i like swiming for 2 reasons . my first reoson is that it has a lot of movement. it can help us to keep our body healthy . it also can cure our muscles illnees .
my second reason is that it is so enjoyable . becouse all person can do it and and have fun whit it . a lot of people like to swim in the river or in the sea side and they like to rest near the water under the sun .
by all of this reason i said that swiming is my faivorit sport .

our favourite sport is football . this is becouse it can make us famous . all people like to see football matches . if we play well we can be stars . secondly it can keep us healthy . it has so many movements . we should always run around the filed
. also it has excitement . when we have excitement our blood will be pumping quickly and help our body to give extra oxygen . thirdly , it can also generate income . people who wants to see our game should pay money . thas , the football
club pay us a good salary for playing in his club .

I think I'm in the same side of Ali and Joshephine, SWIMMING!!!
I love swimming to d max.....
Swimming is very2 good for health, trust me its proven in my case.My asthma has reduced a lot since i started swimming since oxygen pumps in and out of ur lungs. Ur heartbeat also gets controlled.Swimming forces ur muscles to work,and so on.....
I'd stopped swimming temporarily for at least a year coz of my op where chlorine can trigger allergy.
:-(,,,,,,Waiting eagerly to jump in to the pool again.....

my favorit sport is running.

I like running for two reasons.

challenge:
firstly,reach your aim.
challenge is very impoportant thing in the life because with out it,you can not get your aim.when I go running,I always challenge my self.
secondly,exited challenge.
running is one of the easiest sports,but it has an exited challenge.when I watch running in tv,I fell an excited challenge.

body:
firstly,running gives you alot of an energy for your body because when you practise,you will get a stronger besides body.
secondly,running gives you a fit body because when you practise,you will get build musclesand good health.

Well2..guess ya..I'm back~Hehehe..since my PC at home not available for some time, I also can't visit this blog. Miss ya..Hahaha..back to topic..About favourite sports, I'm sure all of you got your own favourite sport. But for me is Football.
Why? because for me football can build your stamina more than other sports if you that it seriously. Although many don't like football because they said football is like crazy moments where 1 ball being chase by a lot of players. Hahaha..of course I laugh that comment. However, it doesn't matter for me since I love football from I was a boy. Football actually need stamina, skill, team-work, communication and lot more.Thats why we can see a good football team they have a good players and respect each others.So this can't be deny anymore.
Football is suitable for all age from a little kid till a old man. Hey,old still can play but little bit slow due to their age.Little kid can been said start playing since they can start walk/run some maybe little longer. The kids who start at young age, sure will take football as their pride. They will love football as long as they grew up. In Malaysia we can see, the Soccer Kids Tv3 have a very high rate and a lot of participant (about 15,000++ from all over country in Malaysia). So this show that football can start at young age to play. Well since we playing football, we can't forget our academic. Its up to us to determine which better. Thats all

Hie.Since most of the readers who have commented talked about swimming, i'll just give my thought on it as well.

Have any of you tried swimming in the sea?yup, where there is wave, under current, no adjusted water temperature, salty, choppy at times and most times murky.(no sharks tho)..If some one who had swam under this condition, he or she will agree that swimming in a swimming pool is childs play.

Ive participated in PDIT which is Port Dickson Internation Trialthon last year and since we are doing the relay event, i was the swimmer josh the cyclist, and Low the runner. Swimming in the sea for the first time with hundreds of other people from all over the world seems an overhelming experience by its own but what follows next was experience and story of determination( i think this is going to be long)

As i was prepping up, wearing my mini trunk and goggles and of course nose plug in an attempt to breath better through my mouth(which failed misrebaly), the thought of can i do this slowly crept into my mind. With josh keep saying you can and all, i was ready!

My event was first and my other two-team mates have to wait till im back. The guy shot the air and almost 200+ of us rushed to the sea.. as I was tall, I walked the first few meters before diving in already see people being kicked in their faces by the ones in front. I was quite in front the pack and died in and sprint thinking since im in front I can do this and maybe even win this, it didn’t take too long before I realized I was wrong. My right leg crammed and I had to slow down, swimming only with my left leg, and arms. too much force on my left leg caused it to cramp moments later. By now, I have only done about 200m. the whole race is 1500m. so ive got long way to go. The water was freezing and my only support was the buoys along the circuit we are suppose to swim. Swimmers after swimmers passed me and went by. I swam, when I feel better but, it crammed again. Im telling the pain is much greater then when it cramps on the land. With excruciating pain and being miserable I pulled myself to swim slowly floating and moving forward. The cramp started to move to my upper body and I had to slow down again. By then, there are already lifeguards bringing up people who gave up and 2 life boat came to me and asked if I wana just take the boat back to the shore.haha..if not for Joshua and low waiting, I would have just taken the ride. It was really tempting. Instant cure for the pain im going through. I need to sit down. I need someone to massage me but nope..all I get was the sky getting darker and with the occasional thunder showing me signs that its gona rain soon if im not going to hurry up and finish the race. By the time I covered 1000m. I was drained out, both physically and mentally. My both legs were like rock and I can’t feel my arms anymore. Thinking back now, it was sheer determination that got me through. As I was approaching the shore, there were many people there. Strangely I could hear josh screaming and my thoughts were back to the race. My legs could finally touch the ground and with whatever energy left in me, I ran to the next event area, where josh was waving and screaming at me. I could remember passing the ribbon to him before I fall and fortunately Low was there to hold me. All this time, all the spectators were clapping and shouting cheers for me as I complete my event. I was okie after a cup of milo and some massage. It was definitely worth every bit as we finished well ahead the cut off time with Joshua doing very good and Low follow suit. The whole experience is very real and ive got many fans that day. Haha..well maybe that’s the prize you get for being determine and pushing yourself to limit. The good thing is im participating in another Triathlon next month and this time aiming to do better. Maybe I will not be doing the swimming..we will see..

This just the same as to taking out people from their comfort zone and see how they perform. Some will give up, some will push themselves to the last bit in search of glory. What type of person are you? If I would have give up that day, I would not even have a story to tell today. To all, give your best at what you do, so you will not regret thinking back on how good you would have done. Accomplish or do not begin!!!

Hmm..it was so much fun and excitement reading entries from Remy and Navinated...now...congratz Navinated for such determination. That was not easy at all!!!I hope bloggers reading this entry will find it in themselves to try out extreme sports..guess it's the in-thing already nowadays...bungee jumping from KL Tower? Petronas twin tower? hang gliding? but Trialthon is a challenge enough.

I would like to add that sports, especially extreme sports can bring in fans...so, sports can indeed be a pathway to GLORY:) interesting...

my heart already open to comment to u. my fav sport is hockey.i like it because of 2 main reason. firstly i want fill my prep time when i was in technical institut of kl. i was not very prepared to study in the evening with hot condition. so i took decision to involve in hockey team than i wasted my time with unuseful activities like sleeping in dorm (sometime i did that)o disturbed my friends. besides i can learned how to play, i also can build my inner spirit to win the game. in addition, i was the active student in the school. my life not complete if i didnt took part in any type of sport. i love to try something new in my life.that why i involve in hockey team. as the result, i already know how to play hockey than i do know nothing.

Sporting; a healthy lifestyle. For me, of course I prefer to play basketball.Hehe. To initiate my writing, sport actually maintain a fit body. when you play some sport,maybe just a simple sport, our heart will pump out our blood that is filled with the oxygenated blood that supply oxygen through out our body. When your body receive enough oxygen ,you will feel more energetic to do something.

my favorite sport is football i really like it because i fell much interest while playing games or watching the matches.However,i have played many types of sports such as basketball,tennis and golf.i'm quite good in basketball,good in tennis and poor golf player.Whatever football is the most interesting at all.

Hmm....i think I love 2 play badminton.
Firstly I can release tention n forget my problem for a while.
Next I think by playing badminton we can loose weight easily compare if we control our food.hehe...
It is so enjoyable bcos when we win the game.Thats wat I feel...

my favorite sport is i like something more thrill and challenging...hehehe. i love bungee jumping, i have try it once and it is really cool..to me, bungee jumping is a part to release tension.. when u jump from a high place and scream as loud as you can, you can feel relieve after that..just spend one day to try your favorite sport, forget about your problem, forget about your assignment, forget about your work, then in one day only...just enjoy yourself doing your favorite sport...

myself. in secondary school,i very active in extreme sport such as flying fox,silat gayong,rock climbing and camping..it not just make the healty lifestyle but it also make me happy and release tension... :)

What is my favorite sport? hmmmm...
This question reminds me about my past experience. When I was in secondary school, I was active in several sports. Actually I can say that I was a very active student. I remember when I was a president in one of my school's sport team (Rumah Sukan), I had to organize my team and make sure all event were participated by my members in the competition. The problems come when we had no enough people for one of the events (lompat tinggi). Therefore, I had to sign up for the event to avoid “them” reduce our mark in that competition even though I was not too good in that sport. But the funny thing is, at the end of the competition, I won it! And one of the guys from my school that represent our state in national competition also lost to me. I was very happy... curious too... keep thinking on how I can won the competition even though I never participate in that-kind of sport. After all, I think that is just a lucky day for me.....

my favourite sport is extreme sport...there are many extreme sport i had try...such as like taekwando + silat gayong + wushu + camping + climbing + gimnastic and othersss..in UNITEN,i try to join karate..but,i have no enough time to go practice with my fren and sensei.=(

sport give us good healthy and make us become happy without thinking any problemmm..heeeee..=)

when i was a young girl in primary school,i ws join gimnastic.i also represntatve my district(merlimau,melaka).My group wre 2nd plce tht time..we really2 happy tht time mdm.Unfortunately,my gimnas cant go through anymore because of our examination (UPSR)..our principal not allowed us to join gimnas because we must focus at study and must completed our mission...OMG..hw sad we r tht time..=(..nvm,it already gone.let gone be by gone...=D

In arabic they already told tht sport can give us healty body and brain...such as,'al-aqlu salim fi jismi salim'....hehe.

for me,all people in ths world should try any sport..till then,wslm..

my favourite sport is basketball and badminton.

these sports are extremely give me a great impact to lose my weight.

my favourite sport is the sport that will give me an adrenelin. it can make me to do something that beyond from my ablitiy.

example of sport that i like is jungle tracking, camping and learn the survival skill in the jungle. other than that, i like to do wall climbing and absailing at the waterfall. i also like to do flying fox.

for me, this type of sport can learnt by us to challenge our brave, skill and find the way to solve the difficulties through the sport.this sport will increase our skill in doing work or study and also in our family activity.

the conclusion from my comment is that every activity will make us feel healty and it gain the spirit in our soul and body.

wow, habsah...that sounds thrilling and fun...i join u in d spirit...yupp:) when i was in varsity, i used to go mountain climbing, rock climbing, and jungle trekking...i fall in love with natural beauty and of course, rivers, streams, and boulders, but i was also scared of 'pacat'.alhamdulillah, i had no such encounter...please continue pushing the limits in sports and recreation, and u'll reap the benefits later.

Everyone have their own favourite sport. Sport content two types, indoor game and outdoor game. I enjoy this two type of game. At school, I’m one of my school handball team. Every evening, we would practice at field near to my hostel. Usually, we play with our teacher and another school’s team. When there was no handball practice, my friend and I will go to volleyball court. We’ll play volleyball even though we don’t know anything bout it. We just play around to release our tension. After practicing handball, my team will go to our hostel field to play basketball or badminton. When they are Maghrib, we’ll stop playing and back to our dorm to prepare for prayer and prep.

urmm..i love sport actually...ur question reminds me about my past experience in primary school..i was being ones of netball player of my team school..
i was known as a best shooter..he3..so, i love netball, valleyball, running.. what else huh? urmm.. there are so many types of sport that can make us more health.. but i want share with u something that alwiz make me sad..it makes me sad till now..one day i fell down,i fainted..i can't take any part of any extreme games anymore..my doctor which is my
daddy's friend adviced me to stop play any sport games bcoz of my suffering pain..the reason is, my bad asthma..i have stopped play any sport games bcoz of that reason...
how could this happen to me..?? ouh..so sad..='(
since on that moment, i tried to actually doing any little warm up,jogging n others..i has involved aerobic exercise in my school..n now...i'm still trying to get a good n normal healthy..wish me luck, ma'am..:)

hi mam...me ramesh again...hw r u mam? firstly i lik sports...itz reli a good things that people should follow in thier lyf..sports aso cn make us healthier n active always...i aso got many favourite sports..one of it is football..as u al now football is 1 of the most popular sports in the world....i love 2 play football..n i am skul football player...n my bro aso state football player....i aso love 2 c football game...my favorite team is manchester united...the red devils...football is really a challenging sports...this is bcz nt only physically but mentally aso the players should prepare....there is alot of techniques 2 plat football...i lik aso many football players such as david beckham,cristiano ronaldo,loinell messi,wayne rooney n so 1...this players is world class player which really superb wif thier stamina,skill,techniques n so 1...i aso wan be sum1 1 day...tats al frm me..thx mam..bye n tc....

i use to be a school runner. the word "sprinter" would be more appropriate. UI couldn't do far distance running, but if its short distance your asking for..... then be prepared!! but then i came down with an illness called "asthma" that came and swept my passion for running away. it's very upsetting to know that illnesses can totally stop you from doing something you like or eating something you like. Just cause i slacked once!! i had to face the consequences for the rest of my life. annoying! for now, I'll just have to swim my way back into being perfect.

For me i like Athletic.I love to run very very much.My favourite event would be 100 meter.I love to run as fast as possible.Its make me feel so good and great.If my body are not fit enough i cannot control my body to run faster.

To gain a fit body i must train every day.I dream about winning gold medal for "Majlis Sukan Sekolah Sekolah Malaysia"(MSSM) but i fail 2 do that.i just got the 4rd place.I am so sad :( .I work so hard and i fail.Its not because im not trying my best but in malaysia got better runner. :) im proud i can give them a good challenge to them.

I also enjoy playing extreme sport.The fav 1 i like to do the rock climbing.Its like fun to do that.We need strong leg and hand to support our body to climb that thing.For the 1st time we try do that its gonna be hard because its a new thing for us..

When we do some sports activities its decrease our level of stress and other problem.Sports also can help us to maintain a health body and a health mind.Who want to release their stress or something else they can try certain sports.Its might help them to decrease the problem.

For me,my favourite sport is playing football n playing games..

By playing football,i can make sure my body is healthy...by doing sports we did not need to excercise anymore,because the sports have make us to excersice.

Since I was a little kid,my passion towards football has never changed. In fact,my passion bcomes stronger day by day. I'm totally addicted to it.I've represented my school since I was in 9 years old. During my scondary education,I've started to go further. I've played for district team but luck was not on me bcause when the selection for the state's team took place,my ankle was badly injured. Thus,my dreams to play for the state team started to go away from me.

Since then,I trained hard to improve my skills and qualities. Recently,I also participate in UNITEN cup and my team only managed to reach knockout stages but I felt very proud of it. Hopefully,my team will make it further next season. Although I've experienced lots of serious injuries,my passion towards football will never fade (:

hehehe, i wish i could go surfing. but honestly, Malaysia have no waves which are big enough to surf.
i wonder if anyone dare to surf a tsunami. hahahah kidding
but surfing i think is pretty dangerous. espeacially when you surf in the seas and oceans. very risky.
rock climbing is fun and all but tiring. and i have fear of heights.
and i will always think of falling which doesn 't work out well for me.
when you surf you must make sure you are far enough from the seaside. this will enable you to catch the wave much easier. huge waves come in at a far distance from shore so we have to swam to deeper depths. In physics, the winds are much stronger near deeper parts of the ocean. therefore, the water wave is much larger there. but, when comes to shallow depths they cmae in a milder strengh. thats why you see the waves are much smaller by the beach.
BEWARE of sharks of course. there is this girl in the readers digest where her left arm was beaten of by a shark. so happy extreme sports i guess. heheheh

Everybody have their own favourite sport. Some of them make their favourite sports as their hobby. Nowadays, we can see there are a lots of stadium, gymnasium, swimming pool and field were build up for people to enjoy their favourite sports. Same goes to me. I really love to play hockey. Even though I started play it during primary school but for me this sport really make me enjoy and still in pink of health until now.. (: Until now if can I want continue to play hockey here but sad to say that there was no hockey team here.. ): For me, it is very weird if I did not practice hockey everyday here. Sometime its made me felt very sad because i can make my body keep healthy anymore. But, now, I think that I love to go for climbing such as climbing the Broga Hills. So far, I had go there for two times and for sure that I want go there every semester if I can.
