Hmm...everybody says that ..."rezeki ade di mane-mane...." and this is so very true!
I left Az-Zahrah at around 9.30 this morning and I saw quite a queue in front of Seng Heng BBB. Hmmm..out of curiosity, my husband stopped to see what's so attractive there. And GuEsSsSsSsSsSs what...it's their great opening and there were great items at only RM10.oo. I nearly couldn't believe it untill the store opened at 10.30 a.m. and people entered 10 by 10. My husband and i were in the third group and we prayed may our items remain available.
Since it was my first experience ever, i quickly learned that we should be among the first or we won't grab the items we really want. Some people came with three or four cards so they went back with a very good deal. As for me, we only had two member cards so we grabbed two items - an iron and an electric kettle...had aimed for a blender really:(
Untill we left, there were still so many people with so much hopes. I'm so thankful to God that I passed by the area...never have i heard about RM 10 deals....of course I rush for Jusco Members Deals....but this is an altogether different magical experience. Consumers should keep an eye on great offers like this! and an excellent way is ...........to watch out for Grand Openings. I guess.
So, good luck to all. At times like this, when economy is just not so assuring, we reallly have to spend wisely on almost anything. I'm always skeptical about "offers" and "on sale" strategies..but this one is definitely real...truly rewarding and satisfying.

Cheers to Madam Zue for having the chance to seize such an irresistible bargain. Its true that opportunities exist everywhere but it actually requires one's wits, attentiveness and intuition in order to take advantage of the situation. Unfortunately, many people are always unaware of their surroundings and fail to remain alert upon the things instilled for them.
As for myself, I'll definitely be on the lookout and step up to grasp these opportunities whenever they emerge.
Or you can check out the warehouse sales that are publicised in the newspaper every once in a while. :)

Hard times requires drastic measures in terms of spending. Its like someone somewhere flicked a switch somewhere and we became masters of saving every cent. We realise that rm10 for a cup of coffee is a lot of money. A 10% discount is like no discount at all.. and the word SALE is a mere form of advertising... the ressesion is somewhat a good thing because we watch our spending and cut costs-electricity bill, which in turn save the enviroment(saving the ozone and less plastic bags is used)... so see these hard times in a positive outlook..

errr... i dont do shop so often even i got free voucher or what so ever. Maybe cause i`m not having so much needs particularly for electrical items like seng heng offered. Hahaha
But to join the crowd and participate in healthy social activities like this is something really joyfull. Moreover someone who love us is there to carry things for us. What a heaven.

It is great to Pn Zue to has such opportunities to get the stuff at very unbelievable price.
What i like to say is there were lots of like this promotion outside there just we sometimes doesn't bother about all of these event and always missed it (including me hehehe..)
At most developed country their people always aware some kind of this event and most of time these places were full of people. Some of them were been queued for days. Maybe at some time this kind of event will be a culture for Malaysians, who knows~
everybody likes good bargains..simply irresistable. Let's pray may Iszmir Nazmi's wish come true. When this becomes a culture, then consumers will benefit from "real grand sale" events, yeah...

Hi Pn Zue...just saw your comment. Well, i went to the interview along with evon(queen), too bad both of us are not accepted =( but as I know, there are 3 students in our class that are being accepted, which are siewching, chuenhang and King, they are all good speaker and have broad knowledge on current issues.
The person in charge of SHELL has prepared 4 questions for interviewees, but i only manage to remember 3 of them, which are 'recruiting and retaining', 'global energy demang' and 'outsources and offshoring'.
What kind of interview questions you are interested in madam? I will try to prepare few of them.

Alhamdulillah...because pn Zue got the chance to had that bargain.It's not that easy to get such chance.Plus,it's the Seng Heng BBB,I mean....only the luckiest would have such golden opportunities to bargain.But,after reading your post,I realise something.All this while,I've never 'looked' at grand openings of any shops or stores. Each and everytime I come across any pamphlets or advertisement informing about any grand openings,things that would come to my mind is that boring speeches and ribbon cutting ceremony.The existence of great deal bargains had never crossed my mind before.Hmmm..I guess I've missed a lot.Next time I'll make sure,this same thing will happen again....=)

It's an offer but not at rm10, how sad.... Looking for mini bar actually, but Seng Heng did not produce any of it. =]

I love clothes. Shopping is my obsession . But unfortunately I shop till I drop. And it is not a healthy lifestyle. I know I should fix this situation somehow. I find an absolute way that I could think of,BARGAIN HAUNTING !!
I can still shop but with lower price range. It is indeed very effective. It works for me all the time. I shop but still I can save my money at the same time. Haha. I enjoyed bargain haunting. Eventhough it can be very tiring at times. I need to be alert all the time. I have to admit, looking for shops that offers a great deal wasn't easy. So, I have to pay extra attention everytime i want to do bargain haunting. Search for the best deal you can get. Patience is very important. After a few session of bargain haunting, I find myself enjoying it. It is indeed a very wonderful experiance that I think everybody should go through.
